Rudy Giuliani was on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo and outlined the evidence he says he has against numerous state in proving what he calls voter fraud in the 2020 Presidential election.
“We are furthest ahead in Philadelphia where we have 60-70 witnesses and in Pittsburg, we have observers who were kept for 24 hours out of the room where they were counting the mail-in ballots and those are, of course, the most highly suspicious ballots, and where 135,000 ballots were counted, none of which were observed by any Republican observer as the law the requires and is necessary because they were coming in bundles and in late, and it looked like they were trying to make up the 700,000 from election night,” Giuliani said.
“We have the same situation in Pittsburg, they count 300,000 ballots there, and this is all documented and upward of up to 50 witness, civil rights, violation the laws, equal protection under Bush V. Gore,” he said.
President Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani said he has evidence that may change the results of the presidential electoral map.
In a Sunday interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, Giuliani said the lawsuits being filed by the Trump campaign might reveal that up to 900,000 invalid ballots were cast in the state of Pennsylvania, a key election swing state several news outlets projected presumptive President-elect Joe Biden would win. “Do you believe that you have enough to actually change the fate of the election?” Bartiromo asked.
“Well, I think we have enough to change Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania election was a disaster,” Giuliani said. “We have people that observed people being pushed out of the polling place. We have people who were suggested to vote the other way and shown how to do it. I’m giving you the big picture.”
I wrote about the press release from the DOJ outlining the Voters RIghts Act:
From that press release:
The Justice Department announced its plans for voting rights monitoring in jurisdictions around the country for the Nov. 3, 2020 general election. The Justice Department historically has monitored in jurisdictions in the field on election day, and is again doing so this year. The department will also take complaints from the public nationwide regarding possible violations of the federal voting rights laws through its call center.
“Federal law entrusts the Civil Rights Division with protecting the right to vote for all Americans,” said Eric S. Dreiband, Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division. “Our federal laws protect the right of all American citizens to vote without suffering discrimination, intimidation, and harassment. The work of the Civil Rights Division around each federal general election is a continuation of its historical mission to ensure that all of our citizens can freely exercise this most fundamental American right.”
The Civil Rights Division enforces the federal voting rights laws that protect the rights of all citizens to access the ballot. Since the passage of the Voting Rights Act in 1965, the division has regularly monitored in a variety of elections around the country throughout every year to protect the rights of all voters, and not just in federal general elections. “
