Court-packing is a really popular idea with Democrats right now, and therefore with the media. It’s the idea of expanding the number of justices and then filling those seats with your own kind while you have the power to do it.
In other words, to seize power at the soonest opportunity in the hopes of never surrendering it back to the voters. You know, standard traditional Democrat values.
CNN contributors think that’s just as fine as cream gravy.
This is a piece I never imagined I’d write. With @qjurecic, on the narrow, reluctant case for court-packing and why, if Republicans continue the smash-and-grab approach to confirming Barrett, it may be the only way for Democrats to save the Court. https://t.co/f8vMsXCi3G

Sen. Ted Cruz has been all over Dems on this, and he wasn’t about to let this slip by.
CNN contributor calls for Dems’ packing the Supreme Court because, of course.
These people aren’t joking. If the get power, they will use it to do permanent damage to our nation. https://t.co/dEuKgwdqmn

He said this on Fox the other day:
“If the Democrats win the presidency and they win the Senate, within a couple of weeks, [Senate Democratic Leader] Chuck Schumer will act to end the filibuster and I’ll tell you, I served with these Democrats. They have the votes. They will abolish the filibuster, which means the minority would not be able to stop any of their radical objectives.”
He’s also going to be on with Mark Levin tonight to talk all about it.
Tonight on Life, Liberty and Levin, Ted Cruz and I discuss the election, packing the Supreme Court, the Barrett confirmation hearing, and much more! Don’t miss it at 8 PM eastern tonight on Fox! If you can’t watch the show live, you can DVR it! See you then! pic.twitter.com/QqE360fNbi
