Two wild deer stood in front of a cake shop in Nara like they were asking for some food. However, these friendly animals were turned down by the shop assistant. The COVID-19 pandemic has hurt Japan’s tourism and Nara has become devoid of tourists. Its deer have begun wandering into the city in search of food.
