‘It’s because I’m human’: Matt Hancock apologises after breaching physical distancing rules

The health secretary addressed concerns that he had broken physical distancing rules in the House of Commons on Wednesday, when he put his hand on a colleague’s back. Speaking on The Andrew Marr Show, the health secretary said: ‘All I can do is say I’m incredibly sorry for this momentary breach. It’s because I’m human and we’re all human.’
