‘I wasn’t impressed’: party leaders react to ITV election debate

Leaders of sidelined parties reacted on Tuesday after Boris Johnson and Jeremy Corbyn clashed in their first televised election debate. Jo Swinson argued that the pair’s encounter only went to make the case for the Liberal Democrats, while Green party co-leader Siân Berry said it was ‘outrageous’ that the Tory and Labour leaders barely discussed the climate emergency.
