said Monday it has named Meni Morim as its permanent chief executive and added him to its board of directors. Morim has been interim CEO of the cannabis telemedicine company since Feb. 4 and the company’s chief product officer since May of 2018. “Meni has led Namaste through a period of significant change where difficult decisions were required while preserving the key attributes that make it an exciting Company,” said Branden Spikes, chairman of the board. Namaste fired its former CEO Sean Dollinger and its head of marketing David Hughes in February, after discovering irregularities related to the sale of Namaste’s US subsidiary, Dollinger Enterprises US Inc., in 2017, and subsequent transactions involving assets and companies in which Dollinger and Hughes owned stakes. U.S.-listed shares were not yet active premarket, but have fallen 49% in 2019, while the S&P 500
